You deserve to be seen, heard, and felt.
Have you ever felt invisible? Like you're pouring your heart into something that matters deeply to you… but no one notices? I’ve been there more than I care to admit.
Lately, I’ve been reflecting on what it truly means to be seen, heard, and felt. As an artist, my work is an extension of my voice—each brushstroke holds my story, my hopes, my emotions. My art is how I connect. And still, there are days I wonder… does anyone really see it? Do they feel it?
I share this not for sympathy, but because I know I’m not alone. Whether you're creating, building, caregiving, healing—or simply trying to show up fully in your life—feeling invisible can be painful.
But here’s what I’m learning: being seen starts with seeing yourself. Being heard begins with hearing your own voice. And being felt… that comes when we give ourselves permission to feel deeply and express it, even if no one else is watching.
This week, I’m sharing one of my Carnivale paintings, Moonlit Masquerade. It speaks to the longing so many of us carry—to be known, not just for what we show the world, but for who we truly are underneath.

Journal Prompt:
Where in your life do you feel unseen or unheard—and what would it look like to take one small step toward expressing yourself more fully?
Keep showing up. Keep speaking. Keep creating. You never know who you're inspiring just by being exactly who you are.
